Senator Ellis called the Senate, then lifted the call. Senator Ogan moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Ogan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, line 14, following "law.": Insert "The authority to issue a subpoena under this section may not be delegated by the commissioner." Senator Ogan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Elton objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
